We had the best airport hotel stay ever! The hotel was very close to the airport, making it convenient for our early morning flight. The breakfast was more than adequate, available at 4 AM, which allowed us to eat before our departure. The staff were friendly and effective, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The location of the hotel was convenient, just a few minutes away from the airport and with cute views of a small harbor. It was also a good base for exploring the Reykjanes peninsula. the breakfast offered was excellent in terms of quality and variety.

We loved our little balcony overlooking the harbor! Our room was very comfortable, quiet and we had plenty of space to get ourselves organized for our flight the next morning. The mini refrigerator was a big plus! The shower had the best water pressure in all of Iceland with a shower head AND a handheld shower - truly great water pressure! The hotel does have a restaurant but we chose to go down the street for dinner. Breakfast starts very early but we didn't take time for breakfast. They did offer to prepare boxes for us to take with us but we decided to just grab something at the airport. Our drive to the car rental company at KEF took about 8 minutes. I would definitely recommend this property if you need to be near the airport for a morning flight.
